Best Time to Visit: to Getting There:You can reach the park by heading west out of Ulaanbaatar and following the sealed road towards Kharkhorin. After 80 to 90 km you will see a Hustai National Park sign on the left. Turn left off the main road and follow the dirt road flanked by telephone poles for a final 10km to reach the administration buildings at the entrance of the Park. Accommodation:A ger camp is situated at the main entrance to the park. A ger (yurt) is a traditional Mongolian, round, lattice-framed felt dwelling. Surprisingly warm in winter and cool in summer, the felt insulates the ger against extreme temperatures, making it a comfortable year-round home. Each ger is equipped with beds, chairs, tables, storage space and wood stoves for heating, and can sleep up to four people comfortably.
